Hayla:Mâryâm:Sisay received his Degree in G'oǝz Philology at the AAU, and was exemplary in his work on MS. categorization. He also worked with the Institute of Ethiopian Studies in microfilming & digitizing all their G'oǝz or Æthiopic Manuscripts (over 5000).



Marilyn Herman D.Phil

D.Phil (Social Anthropology - University of Oxford)
Marilyn Herman has taught both at Oxford University and San Francisco State University, she has deeply researched Jewish music in Æthiopian society, and that of Yemen, this also in relation to gender and ethnicity.
